To promote and protect the human rights of PLHIV
To promote social acceptance of people living with HIV and their families through a focused approach to diminish stigma and discrimination
To promote a democratic culture and enable greater involvement of PLHIV at all levels of decision-making
To promote access to information and awareness for the people living with HIV/AIDS.
To facilitate early linkages of PLHIV for care, support, and treatment services.
To provide PLHIV with more economic, social, and cultural networking opportunities.
